All new H3K Support contracts come with a free systems health check and Remote Server Monitoring. We do not sell "insurance-type" contracts - you only pay for what you use!
Each contract is tailored for your needs - so if you are an IT Administrator, you will need project advice and procurement comparisons, as well as practical help at the end of a telephone. If you need an outsourced service, which includes an engineer on-site for an hour or two a month or more, then this service is available under H3K Support.
An engineer will monitor your systems and spend at least one hour a month to do remedial work. This goes some way towards minimising calls for fixing problems.
